Salary: 16,800 average per annum

The Job

The Travel Expense co-ordinator (TEC) will follow (TEC) processes that are in place for countries under their area of responsibility in order to guarantee the achievement of critical and key SLAS.
The travel expense co-ordinator is responsible for highlighting to the Country team leader or Country Team owner any issues/ missing processes that may impact end to end service delivery as soon as they are identified.
Contributes to the achievement of TEC critical SLAS for expense report management and for countries owned, ensuring report processing and account management meet local policy, tax and legal requirements. Account reconciliation of all travel accounts is done within global guidelines working with the TEC country owner to ensure proactive management of SLA for accounts owned, completion of scorecard maintenance, continuous review and improvement of work processes owned by the individual travel expense Co-ordinator

The role therefore comprises:

- Ensuring employee master data is correct-
- Ensuring all payments and deductions are correct and in line with company policy and country tax legislation-
- Owning specific work processes, being the payroll expert in these, and continually assessing to ensure maximum efficiency, and re-engineering if necessary Participate in / lead a wide variety of projects that impact payroll
- Continually strive to deliver excellence in Customer Service
- Maintain accurate controls Client, IBM and Legal/statutory controls.
